As a successful serial entrepreneur and pioneer in the campaign for legalisation and responsible consumption of cannabis, Ian Bourassa brings over two decades of business experience and executive know-how to the Craftwork team. Among the many companies he has founded and managed are Agropod, an innovative agricultural firm that specialises in indoor vertical farming, and Construction ICO, where he built and developed a number of high-end commercial real estate projects. He has also worked extensively in the hospitality sector as the owner/operator of Montreal’s Pandora and L’Aubrevoir nightclubs, and he is presently developing NOMAD Living Resort and Boatel, located in Panama.
This wide-ranging life and business experience has proven invaluable, allowing him to navigate complex business environments such as cannabis logistics, and providing him with the networking skills that are the basis of the many long-term relationships he has built with trusted partners, investors, and major retailers across Canada and around the world.

Nicole Godresse, Chief Commercial Officer, brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, holding senior roles with major multinational pharmaceutical and medical cannabis companies including Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Schering Plough, Tilray, and MGC Pharmaceuticals. Nicole was the first to import legal medical cannabis into Australia and New Zealand and has worked in most global cannabis markets.
